Instead, your non-negotiables can protect you from that happening in the first place.
They’re something you stick to every day — NO MATTER WHAT.
Here are some examples of non-negotiables:
- A daily walk, no matter the weather
- 20 minutes of exercise each day (could also be stretching on your rest days)
- Eating protein at every meal
These work as an anchor to your self-care, your health, and your well-being.
Plus, they’re a reminder to yourself that YOU matter… and will help bring you back to center.
